Insurance and Fees

  • Several of our clinicians are able to accept your insurance. Covered plans include:

    Aetna

    Cigna

    For those paying out of pocket our full fees are:

    $225 for founding clinician

    $175 for staff clinician

    We offer a flexible sliding scale based on Out of Network insurance benefits and need. Please do not hesitate to inquire.

    We accept all major credit cards, including FSA and HSA cards.

    Cash payment is also available via Venmo or Zelle.

  • Group fees vary depending on the group, the range is $45-$100 per session. These fees may also be reimbursable by your insurance using your out of network benefits.

  • Super bills are available for anyone who is able to pursue Out of Network reimbursement from their insurance company. Reimbursement depends on your specific insurance benefits and deductible, so we recommend contacting your provider directly for more information.

    If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, it can be helpful to call your insurance company and ask:

    • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    • What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much of it have I met?

    • What is my reimbursement rate for outpatient psychotherapy (CPT code 90834)?

    • Is reimbursement based on a percentage of the “allowed amount,” and if so, what is that amount?

    • How many sessions per year are covered?

    • Do I need pre-authorization for outpatient therapy?

    • Do I need a referral from a primary care physician?

    • Are there any limits on how often I can be seen (e.g., weekly sessions)?

    • How do I submit claims for reimbursement (and how long does it typically take)?

    • Where should claims be sent?

    You can also ask for clarification on anything that feels unclear—insurance language can be confusing, and it’s okay to have them walk you through it.
